Wireless

Gefen has simplified wireless high-definition HDMI with a complete range of solutions:

HD Base T

HDBaseT is a connectivity standard for whole-house and commercial distribution of uncompressed HD multimedia content. The cornerstone of HDBaseT™ technology is 5Play™, a feature set that converges:

• Ethernet at 100Mb
• Control (IR, RS-232, CEC, IP)
•  USB 2.0 KVM, Touchscreen, and USB extension
• Power up to 100W DC power

HDBaseT™ delivers 4K Ultra HD, 1080p Full HD, and 3D uncompressed video over long distances much beyond the capability of conventional HDMI. Since the video is passed through the HDMI chipset, HDBaseT™ supports all key HDMI 1.4 features, including CEC, EDID, and HDCP. The unique video-coding scheme ensures the highest video quality at zero latency. HDBaseT™ also supports up to 495 feet of extension on select products, integrated RS-232, and power over the CAT-5 cable for compatible devices.

AV over IP

Supporting 4K Ultra HD, Gefen AV over IP products enable scalable multi-source, multi-input video distribution systems with HDMI, DVI, or VGA, enabling the user to access and control video anywhere over the network. The video format can be automatically converted to the desired output type. The signal can be extended throughout the IP network, and can be accompanied by Bi-directional IR, RS-232, and USB for KVM over IP applications.

4K Ultra HD

Gefen has a range of solutions to upgrade existing systems to 4K Ultra HD resolutions, from simple home theatres through to large video distribution networks. Gefen's products have simple Plug-and-Play installation, while including the pro features you won't find elsewhere.
