What We Do

Consultancy

TSG can provide you with solution architects to optimise your system’s productivity, performance, and security with attention to simplifying processes and streamlining workflows.

The first step is to scope the requirements of your project, which will be implemented by our dedicated Project manager, drawing on the expertise from within our team as well as our global brand partners.

Design and Installation

The second step is for TSG to determine your system needs for hardware, software and network, then create a bespoke specification of solutions. Whether through a tender process or stand-alone brief, we will work with you to meet your business objectives.

TSG personnel have extensive experience in the system design and installation of multi-million-dollar broadcast and post-production solutions. Once the project has been approved, the TSG team will work with you to create a timeline and detailed plan for installation.

Pre-Sales Support

There is an increasing complexity in business requirements in terms of variety in technology, number of components or modules, security and infrastructure needs. Therefore, it is more important than ever that customer needs are matched with the right technical solution.

Training

TSG can provide you with the opportunity to take control of your learning experience with an extensive array of operational, technical, and systems/video networking courses.

Amber Technology is an Avid Learning Partner with an Avid Certified Instructor on staff. Amber Technology TSG is committed to the Australian Apprenticeships program. With TSG’s depth of knowledge and experience, we are doing our part to ensure that the arts and sciences in Australian Broadcast and Post Production are not lost, and that bright new talent continues to enter our industry.

Upgrades

TSG will either assist with or carry out hardware and software upgrades for our customers including pre-upgrade preparation and post-upgrade support. We ensure that all manufacturing specifications are maintained whilst minimising downtime for our customers during the upgrade process.

Technical Support

TSG provides customers with user-friendly assistance with any technical issues associated with our products. Our TSG team is composed of a team of highly experienced specialists who are familiar with the functionality and requirements of our products and the industry as a whole. With this expert knowledge, we can quickly troubleshoot most problems that a user experiences.

Repairs

From enterprise level support to board level component repairs, the Amber Technology Technical Services Group ensures customer issues and fault repairs are dealt with in a timely and accurate manner for all our products.
